So I buy a bag of Grippos Barbecue Chips and the bag is less than a quarter full. Now mind you I buy these once to twice a week. Very disappointed your trying to short the consumer of products. Since when are your chip bags this short? I'm very disappointed. I won't be purchasing anything from this company till they start giving a full bag of chips.

Chips was very nasty
i have bought 2 of the twin packs and they both had brown chips in them and they tasted nasty. they tasted like old potatoes.i usually buy them all the time even though they cost more then others but i grew up on them. i was very disappointed in them. i got sick from them so becareful of them.
User's recommendation: check your chips before eating them.

I called to check on status of order.. Got no help from persons I spoke too. Was even hung up on. Strange part was order they could not find was delivered that day! But in the process of trying to figure out what was happening.. I order another case. It too was delivered. Now I hav too many.. Not that much of a problem but still. Not good customer service. Need to get better ppl. That's all. Thanks for the opportunity to rant..

Crushed chips. No company response.
Ordered my favorite hometown chip directly from you guys in the big box. There wasn't a whole chip in the bag, it was nothing but crumbs. I sent customer support an email and they have sent me nothing in response.

The tiny snack bags of your barbecue chips are perfectly seasoned but when I buy a larger bag there's hardly any seasoning. The bland bag Iboughttasted like Lay's BBQ chips.
Small bags great, well seasoned, perfect flavor. Big bags, bland and dissapointing. For the silly folks that think they're too spicy, just find a milder brand of BBQ chips. That's what we love about yr chips, perfect flavor. Thanks
User's recommendation: If you want real BBQ chips, buy Grippos.

I live in Nashville Tn. I go to Franklin Kentucky on weekends. I would like to purchase plain Grippo chips, but all they have in ANY of the stores are BBQ! Do you not make just regular plain chips anymore. I ask them to get their sales person to bring in plain, I swear they look at me as if I had two heads!!!!! They even said maybe they make them.There are several stores there off the interstate, but no chips. Not sure you can help me, but I really would appreciate what you can do for me. Poor chips
I purchased a bag of chips at work and they were stuck together and stele. I work at CCHMC and I’ve purchased them a few times at work and this is the first time I’ve had an issue.

Tooo HOT!!!
I’ve enjoyed grippos since I was a boy. I’ve always bought the twin pack because they seemed to be less spicy(less seasoning). The last few years I’ve bought less and less grippos because they’ve become to spicy to enjoy. I’ve tried buying the seasoning and grippos plain chips and mixing them but the seasoning won’t stick to the chips. Anyways I hope this message finds someone who can help. As my family and I are tired of rummaging through the bag looking for the (light) colored chips. Lol

Taste like wood
I bought a bag of the beef jerky and it taste just like wood. This is the worst jerky I've ever tasted. I was told to take it back to the store.... well the DAMN store refused to take it back due to it being opened. The gentleman whom I spoke with repeatedly kept telling me how much people loved this jerky. I repeatedly told him that I didn't care who loves it. I DON'T!!!! My bbq chips with out the bbq
I went to krogers and got 4 boxs of 36 count BBQ chips Grippo .they are all plane chips in bbq bags .they got me.i am stuck with 74 bad bags of plane chips.My name is Jay Roberts 513 283 **** i can bring them in to you .live 5 min from grippos

Stale Popcorn Review
I bought a bag of Grippo's cheese flavored popcorn on Oct 5,2014 in Corbin Kentucky. Unfortunately it was too stale to chew. Then I noticed the expiration date was AUG4214. It should have been taken off the shelf.

I have bought two bags of the twin packs in the past week and they have been the same way they taste old and nasty and the chips look weird. They smell like burnt grease. I am not happy either they were horrible and I normally love them.
